Configure and Use Secondary Address for Mitchell Diagnostics
Add a secondary address for a sublet location for Mitchell Diagnostic reports. The new address appears on ADAS, Scan, and Calibration Diagnostic reports when activated.
Note: Existing Diagnostic Reports uploaded to the insurance company continue to show shop information from the General Information page, regardless of the new secondary address configuration. This ensures the integrity and consistency of prior report data.
How to

In the navigation pane, select Settings.

On the Settings page, under Diagnostics, select Diagnostics Preferences.

On the Diagnostics Preferences page, select the arrow next Secondary Address to expand the section.

Enter the Shop name (mandatory), address and contact information(optional).

Select Done.

On the navigation pane, select Settings.

On the Settings page, under Diagnostics, select Diagnostics Preferences.

Select the arrow next to Scans and Calibrations to expand the selections.

Turn on
or turn off
the Include Secondary Address for Diagnostics Reports toggle to include or exclude Secondary Address.

Select Done.

the Include Address for Predictive ADAS Reports toggle to include or exclude Secondary Address.

Primary: Include the shop's primary address in the header of ADAS reports.

Secondary: Include the shop's secondary address in the header of the ADAS reports.

Select Done.
