Configure and Use Secondary Address for Mitchell Diagnostics

Add a secondary address for a sublet location for Mitchell Diagnostic reports. The new address appears on Scan and Calibration Diagnostic reports when set to Active.

Note: Existing Diagnostic Reports uploaded to the insurance company continue to show shop information from the General Information page, regardless of the new secondary address configuration. This ensures the integrity and consistency of prior report data.

How to

  1. On the navigation pane, click Settings.

  2. Under Diagnostics, click Secondary Address.

  3. Enter the Shop name (mandatory), address and contact information(optional).

  4. Click Done.

  3. Do one of the following:

  • Turn on the Active for Diagnostic Reports toggle to activate the secondary address.


  • Turn off the Active for Diagnostic Reports toggle to deactivate the secondary address.

  1. Click Done.
