Mark Estimate as Final

When marked as final is a indication that estimate is ready for payment. An estimate in its final state is ready to be moved to the next phase of your business process (e.g., ready for payment).

Note: You can remove or reapply the final designation as required to suit your business needs and operations.

1. From the Estimate Editor page, click the Preview icon in the left navigation panel. The PDF estimate preview shows the printout the customer will receive.
2. Click Mark As Final.

   Note: You can click Revert to remove the Final designation.

   

3. The dollar amount in the estimate is marked as Final on the top right of the estimate printout/PDF

   

   Note: When you click Send to send to the insurance company, the Items to Send window has the Final check box selected for you.
