Mark Estimate as Final

When marked as final is a indication that estimate is ready for payment. An estimate in its final state is ready to be moved to the next phase of your business process (e.g., ready for payment).

Note: You can remove or reapply the final designation as required to suit your business needs and operations.

1. On the toolbar, click Mark as Final.

A message displays confirming that the Estimate has been marked as final.

Note: The checkbox can be deselected if the Estimate no longer needs to be marked as final.
