Why are there grayed-out items in the Parts list?
As you are selecting parts and adding them to the estimate, you may see items that are grayed-out in the parts list. If you see grayed-out parts that you are not able to click on, it can be caused by several situations: Qualified Parts Filtering, the part is located in another location, or the item is serviced with another part or component.
How to
Qualified parts filtering automatically filters parts based on vehicle attributes. On occasion, the parts you need for a repair jobs may be filtered out. You can un-filter or un-qualify the parts to view all parts available for the entire vehicle service. Qualified parts filtering is a default setting.
Unqualified parts are grayed out in the parts list and you are unable to click on the part.
