Setup OEC CollisionLink in ShopPak
Send orders directly from Mitchell Cloud Estimating to your OEC CollisionLink account. This allows you to send orders to your preferred OEC dealer directly from the Parts Order page.
To start sending orders directly from Mitchell Cloud Estimating, you need to enter your OEC CollisionLink shop credentials in Mitchell Connect and complete the setup. After setting up, you can seamlessly send purchase orders from Parts Order to the OEC dealers in your CollisionLink account without signing in to your OEC account.
ShopPak license required: To use Parts Order you must be licensed for a Mitchell Cloud product that includes ShopPak or Mitchell Cloud Repair. Contact your Sales Representative if you need to purchase this feature.
How to
- On the navigation pane in Mitchell Connect, select Settings.
- On the Settings page, select Parts Providers under Parts.
- Select the Login to Authenticate link next to OEC. The OEC window appears.
- Enter your CollisionLink user name and password, and then select Authorize App. A check icon appears next to OEC when complete.
- Select Done when complete.
You can deactivate or reactivate your connection with OEC CollisionLink without having to reset enter your credentials.
Note: Taking this action also updates the list of OEC dealers that show in your Parts Order interface.
- From Mitchell Cloud Estimating, click Settings in the navigation pane.
- On the Settings page, click Parts Providers under Parts.
- Move the toggle button under the Active column next to OEC:
- Click to the left of the toggle button to deactivate the link.
- Click to the right of the toggle button to re-activate the link.
- Click Done when complete.
You can update your OEC CollsionLink credentials if your password changes or if you need to change accounts.
Note: Taking this action also updates the list of OEC dealers that show in your Parts Order interface.
- On the navigation pane in Mitchell Connect, select Settings.
- On the Settings page, click Parts Providers under Parts.
- Click next to OEC, and then click Edit Authentication. The OEC window appears.
- Enter your user name and password, and then click Authorize App. A check icon appears next to OEC when complete.
- Click Done when complete.

- Complete setup and authentication with CollisionLink
- On the navigation pane in Mitchell Connect, click Settings.
- On the Settings page, click Parts Suppliers under Parts. The Suppliers page shows a list of suppliers created when you completed setup and authentication with CollisionLink.
- On the Supplier page, click the supplier you want to edit.
- Modify the percentage discount you want to edit in the Discount field, and then click Done.
To send orders for OEC, standard users in your shop must have their permissions set to include Access to Parts Ordering, Convert to Repair Order, and Repair Preferences. Users with Administrator permissions are already granted these permissions. On the navigation pane, click Settings. On the Settings page, click User Accounts. On the User Accounts page, click the user you want to modify.On the User Account page, click the Permissions tab. Scroll down to the Products section. Select the following check boxes next to Mitchell Cloud Repair:Access to Parts OrderingConvert to Repair OrderRepair PreferencesClick Done.

On the User Accounts page, click the user you want to modify.

On the User Account page, click the Permissions tab.

Scroll down to the Products section. Select the following check boxes next to Mitchell Cloud Repair:

Convert to Repair Order

Repair Preferences

Click Done.
