Request Content from the Content Concierge

Use the Mitchell Content Concierge to request highly specific vehicle data directly from Mitchell. A Mitchell representative will research your request and respond by e-mail or FAX, as indicated in your request.

How to

  1. Click the Request Content tab. This tab is located either above or below the open display, depending upon how far you are into your search for an article. The Content Concierge form opens in a new window.

  2. Your Contact Information and Vehicle Information, will be automatically pre-populated with the appropriate information if you have selected this info in your TechAdvisor browser. Review the required and optional fields for accuracy. Fields designated with a red asterisk (*) are required fields and cannot be left blank.
  3. Under Detailed Request Information, choose one or more of the available tabs, then complete or select the appropriate information in the tab:
  • Vehicle Dimensions
  • Collision Repair
  • Mechanical Repair
  • Electrical/HVAC
  • Estimating
  1. Provide any Additional Information related to your request.
  2. Click Send Request.
  3. Click to close the Content Concierge window. The Content Concierge team will respond to your request.
