Viewing Resource Details

Once you have Searched for and have a list of resources to choose from, you can view the details to make recommendations to meet the caller's preferences.

Before you begin, search for a list of resources.

To view resource details

Sort the list of resources as needed.

You can sort the list according to Distance, Rating, Type (of resource), ID and Name.

Move your mouse pointer over each row as you review the resource details.

The selected row turns a darker shade of blue.

Use the list navigation controls as needed to view more resources.
