When opening a committed estimate, you can accept and apply the monthly updates to part prices and labor data. After Mitchell Cloud Estimating receives a monthly update, you will see a notification.
- Select the check box next to the updates you want to apply:
- Apply Labor Time Updates to Existing Estimate Lines
- Apply Part Price Updates to Existing Estimate Lines
Alternatively, deselect the check boxes to reject the price and labor updates.
- Click Continue Estimate to apply the new parts and labor updates.
Note: New repair lines added to the estimate after the update will always use the new parts and labor data.
