Sign in to TechAdvisor
Use the TechAdvisor Sign In page to access the standalone version on the Internet. The Sign In page is the first page you see. You can also use this page to retrieve forgotten passwords and user names.
Note: If you are using TechAdvisor through RepairCenter, you are automatically logged in to TechAdvisor when you launch RepairCenter. You can also access TechAdvisor directly from RepairCenter Connect.
How to
Note: The Sign In page you use to access TechAdvisor depends they type of license you have and when you were set up with TechAdvisor.

- On the Sign In page, do the following:
- Enter your Organization ID.
- Enter your User ID.
- Enter your Password.
- Click Login.

- On the Sign In page, do the following:
- Enter your User name.
- Enter your Password.
- Click Login.
Note: If you purchased both TechAdvisor online and Mitchell Connect, you can access TechAdvisor directly from Mitchell Connect using your Mitchell Connect credentials. You do not need separate credentials for each product.

Use the steps below to retrieve forgotten passwords or user names.
- From the Log On page, click Forgot username? or Forgot password?.
- Follow the online directions to retrieve your password or user name.
Note: If you change your password for the TechAdvisor changes your password for all online applications accessed using the Mitchell server. Changing your online password may require you to change additional passwords for programs installed on your local computer.
