Add Parts to the Parts Scrubber from a Job
Parts Managers can add parts to the Parts Scrubber List on the Parts Order page. Added parts are scrubbed accordingly on future jobs.
This new feature allows you to:

Reclassify parts in the shop that are classified differently than your estimating software.

Automatically hide scrubbed parts in future jobs.

Filter Hidden Parts in the Not Ordered and Ordered Lists.
How to
-
On the Job Overview page, click the Parts card.

On the Parts Order page, in the Not Ordered section, select the check boxes next to the parts you want to add to the scrubber list.

Click Add to Scrubber.

Do one or both of the following in the Add to Parts Scrubber window:

On the Job Overview page, select the Repair Plan card.

Select the Repair Lines tab if not already selected.

Select
next to the repair line you want to add to the scrubber. You can select individual repair lines, Total Additional Cost lines, or Total Additional Operation lines. -
Select Add Parts to Scrubber.

Do one or both of the following in the Add to Parts Scrubber window:

Reclassify the part: Select the new part category in the Part Type list next to the part.

Hide the part from future job orders: Select the Hide check box.

Select Add.

To make additional changes, select Settings in the navigation pane, select the Scrubbers tab, select the Parts tab, and then select the pencil icon next to the part you want to change.
Merge a non-estimating line with a matching estimating line directly from the Repair Lines page.
Merges are allowed only when:

The estimating line has no activity (no ordering, scheduling, posting, or labor assignment).

The line components match exactly (estimate price, labor amount, or both).
Note: Same-type merges are not allowed.
This allows you to stay in your workflow without extra navigation while preserving transaction history and ensuring data integrity.

On the Job Overview page, select the Repair Plan card.

Select the Repair Line tab if not already selected.

Select Merge.
Note: The Merge option only appears when the estimate line has no activity.

In the Select Estimate Line window, select the estimate lines you want to merge.

Select Merge.
