Add Parts to the Parts Scrubber from a Job

Parts Managers can add parts to the Parts Scrubber List on the Parts Order page. Added parts are scrubbed accordingly on future jobs.

This new feature allows you to: 

  • Reclassify parts in the shop that are classified differently than your estimating software.

  • Automatically hide scrubbed parts in future jobs.

  • Filter Hidden Parts in the Not Ordered and Ordered Lists.

How to

  1. On the Job Overview page, click the Parts card.

  2. On the Parts Order page, in the Not Ordered section, select the check boxes next to the parts you want to add to the scrubber list.

  3. Click .

  4. Click Add to Scrubber.

  5. Do one or both of the following in the Add to Parts Scrubber window:

  • Reclassify the part: Select the new part category in the Part Type list next to the part.

  • Hide the part from future job orders: Turn on the Hide toggle next to the part.

  1. Click Save.

  2. A banner appears at the top of the page. Click Scrubber List to open the Scrubbers tab on the Repair Preferences page in Settings to make any additional changes.
