Save Contact Information from a Job to the Address Book
Save contact information you entered for a job or repair facility to the Address Book for later use.
Note: Contacts are managed in the Address Book (see Add and Manage Contact Information in the Address Book).
How to

Access the Contact page in one of the following ways:

On the Job Overview page, click the Contact card.

When creating a new job, the Contact page appears when you click + Job.

On the Contact page, click Save to Address Book.

If a duplicate contact exists, the Verify Your Contact Window appears. Do one of the following in the window:

Access the Insurance page in one of the following ways

On the Job Overview page, click the Insurance card.

When creating a new job, the Insurance page appears when you complete contact and vehicle information.

On the Insurance page, scroll down to the Repair Facility section.

In the Repair Facility section, click Save to Address Book.

If a duplicate contact exists, the Verify Your Contact Window appears. Do one of the following in the window:
