Part Price and Labor Updates for In-progress Estimates
You have the option to continue your in-progress estimate without applying the monthly part price and labor updates that may have changed since you started the estimate.
How to
Deselect Part Price and Labor updates
The part price and labor time updates are selected by default. Deselect these updates if you want to keep prices and labor costs the same. For example, deselect the updates if you are using uncommitted estimates for customers who are paying all costs.
- Open an in-progress estimate that you started on a previous monthly database update version.
- In the Parts and Labor Data Update Available message box, clear each check box to
use the existing part prices and labor costs.
- Click Continue Estimate.
