View Closed Repair Orders Report

Use the Closed Repair Orders report to view a list of jobs converted to repair orders with the associated revenue for each job. The report provides insight for your facilities revenue over a given period. It includes the sale total, taxes, and the average sale per closed repair order.

How to

  1. In the navigation pane, click Reports.

  2. Under Revenue Reports, click Closed Repair Order Report.

  3. Do one of the following:

  • Select the month and year in the Date Range list.

  • Click Custom, select the date range using the calendar icons , and then click Apply.

  1. Apply the following view options as needed: 

  • Click to zoom in.

  • Click to zoom out

  • Click next to the report for a wider view. This closes the Date Range and Summary panel. Click to restore the panel.

  1. On the Closed RO Reports page, click Download.

  2. Browser instructions may vary. Check the bottom of your browser page for the downloaded report.

  1. On the Closed RO Reports page, click Print.

  2. Follow the prompts to select your print and print the report.
