Set Shop Dates on Repair Order
The Repair Plan card includes a centralized place to view and enter repair dates and delivery dates for repair orders.
Dates are passed to the Repair Status on the Job if Auto Send Repair Status is enabled on the Department Configurations page (Settings > Department Configuration).
Available Dates

Sold date (auto-populated with the date the opportunity was converted to a repair order)

Due In
-
Arrived (auto-Populated with vehicle movement to the Arrived Department)
-
Started (auto-Populated with vehicle movement to the Disassembly Department)
-
Completed - Ready for Delivery (auto-Populated with vehicle movement to the Ready for Delivery Department)

Delivered
-
Estimated Completion (auto-populated when updated on the Repair Status card)
How to
Set Shop Dates

On the Job Overview page, select Shop Date on the Repair Plan Card.

In the Shop Date window, select the calendar icon
next to the date you want to change.

Select the date, and then select Save.
