Technical Assistance
Mitchell’s Technical Assistance Center is open during business hours. You can contact Mitchell support by telephone, e-mail, or on the Web.
Before contacting Mitchell's Technical Assistance Center:
- Visit the Enlyte Portal for access to product support and training materials.
- Check the Knowledge Base to troubleshoot common issues.
- Check your equipment (cables, power, etc.).
- Write down the action(s) taken just before the problem occurred and any user assist message(s) that may have appeared.
How to
Submit a case online to receive customer services assistance for a technical issue. A technician will contact you directly.
- Go to Enlyte Portal.
- Sign in using your email address and password (or register if you are a new user).
- Click Support Case under Create New Case.
Tip: You can also click the Case tab at the top of the page, and then click Support Case.
- Select one of the following under Issue Type:
- Customer Service: General Customer Service Issues
- Technical Support: Assistance with a technical issue related to a Mitchell Product.
- Clarify the type of issue you are having by selecting a product or category in the Additional Information list.
- Enter a subject in the Subject field and a detailed description of your issue in the Description field.
- Click or tap Create New Case.
- Click Submit or click Submit and Add Attachment if you want to add an attachment.
Use the Knowledge Base to locate resolutions to common technical problems.
- Go to Enlyte Portal.
- Sign in using your email address and password (or register if you are a new user).
- Click the Knowledge Base tab at the top of the page.
- Enter your search criteria in the search box at the top of the page. Your search results display as you type.
Tip: You can also sort articles using the Sort by list, or manually locate articles by scrolling down and clicking Show More Articles at the bottom of the page.
Online help is the first place to locate answers to your product questions. Additionally, you can download supplemental documents and other downloads.
- Go to Enlyte Portal.
- Sign in using your email address and password (or register if you are a new user).
- Click or tap the Documents and Downloads tab at the top of the page.

Enter your search criteria in the for field. Use the Search in list to filter your search by library as needed.
- Click Go!
