Logging On

You will receive an email from the insurance company sending the assignment. This email includes a link to the assignment login page. The subject line of the assignment email includes the claim number, which you can use to log in and view the assignment. If the assignment email includes any additional login information, you will find it in the Assignment Notes section.

Example

The login requires one of the following:

  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Claim number
  • License plate number

How to

  1. Open the assignment email.
  2. Click View full assignment.
  3. At the Mitchell WorkCenter login page, enter the claim number or VIN, and then click Sign In.
