Creating the Estimate
Complete and commit your estimate in your estimating program, and then use WorkCenter to upload the estimate to the insurance company. When you commit your estimate in GT Estimate, your estimate is automatically reviewed to ensure compliance with the insurance company’s rules.
How to

- Click Write Estimate to start your estimating program.
- Switch to your estimating program.
- Enter the information from the WorkCenter Assignment Details page.
Important: Be sure to enter the claim number exactly as it appears on the assignment.
- Complete the repair lines per the insurance company's requirements.
- Calculate the estimate.
- Commit the estimate.
- If the estimate needs to be revised to comply with the Compliance Utility results, you will receive an assignment email to create a supplement.
