WorkCenter Assignment enables you to create and manage assignments quickly. WorkCenter offers enhanced assignment and resource lookup capabilities which enables claims representatives to capture information quickly and disperse assignments to qualified resources. Deductibles of up to six digits are allowed, e.g., 999999.99.

Web-based and user-friendly, new assignments can be created with ease. WorkCenter Assignment allows you to collect details of the loss, define the assignment type, decode the VIN and assign a resource.

WorkCenter Assignment accepts assignment feeds from your carrier system (CIECA Standard). The import feature helps eliminate duplicate entries, duplicate assignments and improves efficiencies.

You can even add artifacts (files) to an assignment such as images, part invoices, rental bills or documents.
