Using the Resource Lookup Window

Using the Resource Lookup window, you can find all shops, staff appraisers, independent appraisers, and adjusters according to your search criteria or browse hierarchy. If you cannot find a shop in the Mitchell database, you can Add a Shop using Resource Lookup.

Searching for Resources

Select resource by directly entering the user name or ID, or by searching within a radius around a location.

Browsing for Resources

Select a resource using the company hierarchy.

Add Shop

Add the shop you need as a resource.
