Claim Navigation Pane
Use the claim navigation pane to view all reports, worksheets, photos, journal messages, and other items associated with a claim. The claim navigation pane displays on the left side of the workspace when you view a claim.
View a Claim
- To find the desired claim, do one of the following:
- Use the Global Search to locate the desired claim.
- Use Work Queue > Claims to locate the desired claim. See Use the Claims List for more information.
- Use the Integrated Work View to locate the desired claim. See Open a Claim-Suffix, Task, or Assignment from the Integrated Work View for more information.
- Select the desired claim's Claim Number.
- View the claim navigation pane and the claim details page.
