Claim Navigator Components

The Claim Navigator opens on the left side of the Workspace while you are working on a Claim and shows the list of available items for the Claim and the artifacts that are part of the claim suffix.

Using the Claim Navigator you can view all reports, worksheets, photos, and Journal messages associated with the Claim.

NOTE: Photos can be found in the Claim Navigator under Manage Attachments; Documents> All Items; and, Suffix ID>Documents>All Items. For customers with access to Consumer Engagement messaging, these messages appear in the Left Navigation pane (Left Nav) in WorkCenter. When a shop changes the repair status, you can view the update messages under the Claim Suffix, Consumer Engagement link.

When the assignment is a property type other than motor vehicle, Property information appears in the Claim Navigator as well.
