Annotate an Estimate

1. Navigate to the details page of an estimate.
2. Select Annotate.

   

3. Select the line item you want to edit.

   

4. In the Annotation window, review and modify estimate information as needed.

   

5. Select Done.

2. Select Annotate.
3. Select + Add Line.

   

4. In the Annotation window that opens, fill out the line item information as needed.
5. Select Done to add the new line to the estimate.

To undo the changes you made while annotating:

1. Navigate to the details page of an estimate.
2. Select Annotate.
3. Select the line item you want to revert.
4. In the Annotation window that opens, select Revert.

2. Select Annotate.
3. To the right of the line item you want to strike through, select the Strike through icon .

   

1. Navigate to the details page of an estimate.
2. Select Annotate.
3. Select the desired line.
4. In the Annotation window, select Strikethrough Line.

   

5. Select Done.

1. Navigate to the details page of an estimate.
2. Select Annotate.
3. Select Change View.

   

4. Select the check box beside the list items that you want to see in the estimate view.

   

5. Select Apply.

1. Navigate to the Review Estimate page.

2. Select the Compliance tab from the tabs to the right of the estimate view.

   

3. Scroll to view the list of compliance warnings/failures.
4. If applicable, select the list above the line item to change its label (e.g. Comment, Warning, Error, Ignore).

   

5. Select Edit Comment to edit the compliance comments that apply to the estimate as a whole.

   

6. Select + Comment on a line item to view the compliance comments associated with that item.
7. Select + Reviewer Comments to add your comments on the line item's compliance.

To save your annotations:

• Select Save to save your changes and continue working on the annotations.
• Select Save & Complete to save your changes and complete the annotation process.
