Managing Attachments
You can attach and delete files associated with the claim and suffix.
You can upload multiple files at one time, each file can be up to 4 MB in size, with a total upload size of up to 100 MB. All existing file types can be uploaded.
How to

- Open the assignment, then in the Claim navigator, under the Claim number, select Manage Attachments.
- Select Upload.
- Go to and select the files you want to attach, and then select Open.

Add a Description to your file(s) if desired, and then select Add More to add more files if desired or select Done if you are done adding files.

Select Upload Files, select Next, and then select Add More Files or Done if finished uploading files.
Note: The number of attachments that can be uploaded or deleted at one time is limited to 200 attachments using the Manage Attachments page.

(Optional) If you decide you do not want to attach a file, you can select Select and then select the attachment you want to remove and select Delete prior to attaching the file.
The Manage Attachments screen appears.

- Open the estimate, then in the Claim navigator, select the Claim number.
- Select Manage Attachments.

Select Select and then select the attachment(s) you want to remove and select Delete

When prompted, select Delete to delete the selected attachment(s).
The Manage Attachments screen appears.
