Receive Assignments Overview

Mitchell Connect allows two different methods for receiving assignments based on the insurance company's workflow:

  • Receive Assignments from insurance company.
  • Request Assignments from insurance company.

How to

If the insurance company's workflow sends assignments to you, see the following:

  1. Receive your first assignment.
  2. Set up your account.

  3. Subsequent assignments automatically appear in Mitchell Connect following an email notification (see New Assignment Notification).

  1. Review the welcome email from the insurance company and click the link to set up your account.
  2. Set up your account.
  3. Request assignments.
