Mitchell Diagnostics Settings
Use the Registered Scan Device page to receive PDF reports of completed scans via email. If you own a Mitchell Diagnostics device, Mitchell staff will register the device for you.
Use the Registered Scan Device page to manage settings for your Mitchell Diagnostic reports. You can configure Mitchell Connect to send PDF Scan reports to the email addresses you specify.

Add Emails to receive PDF reports
You can add Emails to receive Mitchell Diagnostics scan PDF reports.
- In Mitchell Connect, click Settings, and then click Device and Preferences under Diagnostics.
- Click Add/Edit next to the desired Device ID on the Registered Scan Device page.
- Add additional emails separated by a semicolon, and then click Save.
Deactivate all Email Reports for a Scan Device
Use the Email slider if you don't want any users in your shop to receive PDF scan reports via email.
- In Mitchell Connect, click Settings, and then click Device and Preferences under Diagnostics.
- In the Email column, next to the Scan Device ID, move the slider to the left to deactivate. To reactivate, move the slider to the right.
