View Mitchell Diagnostics Dashboards

Mitchell Diagnostics Dashboards help you monitor progress by providing you with a quick overview of diagnostic scans and calibration reports. The dashboards show:

  • Number of scans

  • Number of calibrations

  • Percentage of VINs with Post-scans Performed

You can apply filters to the dashboard, change the graph type, or access individual scan reports.

Use the dashboards to access individual scans and calibration reports.

Tip: You can bypass the dashboard and view scans from a specific job on the Job Overview page.

How to

  1. In Mitchell Connect, click Diagnostics in the navigation pane.

  2. Apply filters to the dashboard as needed.

  1. On the Dashboard page, click next to Tools.

  2. In the list, select the device name(s) you want to filter by.

  3. Click Apply.

  1. On the Dashboard page, click next to the current time span.

  2. In the list, select the desired date span.

  1. Click OK.
