View or Print Supplement Delta Report
When a committed estimate has a supplement, you can view or print the Delta Report for the supplement. The Delta Report identifies the differences between the supplement and the prior estimate or prior supplement if there are multiple supplements.
How to
You can view and print the Delta report for a committed estimate from the Estimate Manager page.
- From the Job Overview page, view the estimate card. You can view the revised estimate total, including the supplement, on this card. The
Supplement #
text indicates that a supplement has been created. - Click the Estimate card (not the dollar amount or other highlighted links) to view the Estimate Manager page.
- On the Estimate Manager page, scroll down as needed to view previous versions of your estimate. Your original estimate is at the end of the time line. On this page you can see the original estimate and the supplements, including:
- Previous Versions includes each previous version of the estimate
- Revised estimate amount
- Dollar amount of increase or decrease in each supplement
- View Changes link, which opens the supplement (Delta Report)
- Click the View Changes link to generate the Delta report.
The Delta report shows the differences between the original estimate and any supplements. Repair lines that are added after the estimate is committed use a supplement indicator (S1, S2, etc) for easy identification.

On the Delta Report, scroll down to view details.

On the Delta Report, click Print to save or print a copy of the estimate.
You can also click Close if you do not want to print or save the report.

On your PDF reader, click File, and then click Print to print or click Save As to save.
Note: PDF options for printing and saving may vary.

Click Done or click Job Overview to return to the Job Overview page.
Tip: You can access the Estimate page after you add a supplement by clicking View Estimates on the Job Overview page.
You can view and print the Delta report for a committed estimate from inside Mitchell Cloud Estimating. The Delta report shows the differences between the original estimate and any supplements.
Repair lines that are added after the estimate is committed use a supplement indicator (S1, S2, etc) for easy identification.
When comparing estimate versions, drafts of the estimate or supplement use a draft indicator (S2 D1, S1 D2, etc) throughout the delta report like below the title and on the line number column of the estimate line changes.

From the Job Overview page, select Continue Estimate. Mitchell Cloud Estimating loads.

Once inside Mitchell Cloud Estimating, find and select the Estimate tab on the left navigation menu. The Estimate opens.

Click the View Changes link to generate the Delta report which shows the differences between the original estimate and the supplement.

On the Delta Report, scroll down to view details.

On the Delta Report, click Print to save or print a copy of the estimate.

You can also click Close if you do not want to print or save the report.

On your PDF reader, click File, and then click Print to print or click Save As to save.

Click Done or click Job Overview to return to the Job Overview page.
Tip: You can access the Estimate page after you add a supplement by clicking View Estimates on the Job Overview page.
After you have written and committed an estimate, you can access the Delta Report for an in-progress supplement from the Estimate Editor page.
- On the Job Overview page, click the dollar amount on the Estimate card. This takes you to the Parts page of the Estimate Editor.
- When you are finished making supplemental changes to the estimate, click the Preview icon.
- Click the View Changes link in the PDF preview page to generate the Delta Report.
Follow the steps below to apply the ATS rate to a previously committed estimate. The changes appear in the Supplement Delta Report under a separate header.

In Mitchell Connect, select a Job with a committed estimate.

Select the Insurance card on the Job Overview page.

Ensure the Apply ATS checkbox is selected. Click Done. The Job Overview page appears.

In Mitchell Cloud Estimating, select Estimate Profile and click Labor/Tax Rules.

On the Labor/Tax Rules tab, change the ATS Rate as desired. Once changes are made, Commit the estimate.

In the Estimate Editor, select View Changes. The Delta Report appears with an ATS section showing "ATS From" and "ATS To" data.
When corrections are applied to an estimate, the Supplement Delta Report is shared along with the other committed estimate documents. This report will always specify the changes between the current and the previous estimate version.
Note:Your insurance company partner may be using a supplement-only workflow for assignments. When administrative changes are made to a job or estimate, a supplement will be generated instead of a correction.
- Open a committed estimate with a supplement and generate the Supplement Delta Report
- Create a correction to the supplement by making a change to the administrative information that does not affect the estimate total.
- Send the estimate to WorkCenter or share it using the email/download functionality.
- Notice the Supplement Delta Report is created and included.
