Mitchell Cloud Estimating and TruckMax Settings
View and change the Mitchell Cloud Estimating settings in Mitchell Cloud Estimating before you start writing estimates. Estimate settings include shop information, user accounts and contacts, estimate printouts, profiles and templates.
How to
Access Settings and view your settings

On the navigation pane in Mitchell Connect, click
Settings.
The Shop Settings card includes the following sections:
- General Information–View, add, or edit shop information. Some fields cannot be edited in this view.
- User Accounts–View, add, or edit user accounts.
- Notifications–Manage email notification settings.
- Predefined Text–Add or edit predefined text messages.
The Estimating card includes the following sections:
- Estimate Profiles–View, add, and edit estimate profile settings such as labor rates, refinish and paint/material calculations, part adjustments, estimate header print preferences, and alternate part profile settings.
- Templates–View, add, and edit template /Long Expansion settings.
- Alternate Part Profiles–View and add alternate part profiles.
The Parts card includes the following sections:
- Parts Providers–Activate and authorize third-party parts providers.
