Create or Modify Templates
You can create new templates from the Settings page in Mitchell Connect. Templates allow you to save commonly used miscellaneous items and add multiple items to an estimate at one time. Once created, templates and their categories and/or part lines can be moved around with an easy drag and drop functionality in Mitchell Connect and WorkCenter without the need to delete and re-enter information.
Tip: Drag and drop functionality is not supported for template categories and their part lines on tablet and mobile devices.
Note: Templates were known as long expansions in UltraMate. If you created a template in WorkCenter, you can designate that template as the primary template in the Estimate Profile. The primary template is used by default. You can also search for existing active templates for an insurance company in WorkCenter.
