Browsing for Resources
Using the Browse tab, you can find a list of staff or non-staff resources within a specific company, region, division or office. The list refreshes each time you make a selection.

To forward (refer) resource details (non-staff resource type only)
The row expands to show e-mail and other text boxes. You can add other e-mail addresses in the To text box as long as you separate the addresses with a comma (,) or semicolon (;). Only the first address will be shown to all recipients. Note: You cannot edit the From address. The window does not change. |

Resource Type |
Select Staff for resources within your company or Non-staff for third-party or contracted resources. If you select Non-Staff, another list may appear so you can limit the list to include only certain types of resources, such as appraisers or body shops. |

Company, Region, Division, Office |
The hierarchy of the company's organization. Some options may not have individual items to select. |

Forward (refer) Screen Components

A system defined (i.e., not your) e-mail address. |
To |
Enter the caller's e-mail address. You can enter additional e-mail addresses separated by either a comma (,) or semicolon (;). Only the first e-mail address is visible to the recipients. |
CC to self |
Select this check box to receive a copy of the e-mail message. This is recommended so you can see what the caller sees. |
Subject |
The subject of the outgoing message is pre-populated. If necessary, you can edit the subject of the message. |
Additional Notes |
Enter any additional text you think the caller would find helpful or even a personal greeting. |
Include link to map |
Select this check box to include a link to the map in the e-mail message. |
Select this check box to include a link to the directions in the e-mail message. (Only available if you enter the caller's full street address.) |

Click to send the resource details to the recipients. |
