My Account
The My Account window provides access to your Password, Start Page, E-mail, and Journal preferences.

- In the top right corner of the WorkCenter, click My Account.
- Click Change E-mail.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new e-mail preference, then enter it again in the confirmation text box.
- Click Save.
The My Account window appears.
The Change E-mail window appears.
Your new e-mail address is saved and the window closes to the My WorkCenter window.

- In the top right corner of the WorkCenter, click My Account.
- Click Change Start Page.
- Click Save.
- Click Restore Default to set your Start Page to the system default.
The My Account window appears.
The Change Start Page window appears, showing a list of pages you can select. The type of page and a brief description are provided to help you decide which page you want to set as the default initial view.
Your new Start Page is set and WorkCenter will open to this page the next time you log in.

If you change your password and also use any of the following desktop utilities, you must manually update the password in each of those utilities:
- Mitchell Communication Client (MCM)
- WorkCenter Total Loss Utility
- Estimate Review with Compliance Utility
- In the top right corner of the WorkCenter, click My Account.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password, then enter it again in the confirmation text box.
- Click Save.
The My Account window appears.
The Change Password window appears.
Your new password is set and you will use it the next time you log in WorkCenter.

Your secret question is used as security protection against someone else changing your password and accessing WorkCenter. When you change your password, you should change your secret question too.
- In the top right corner of the WorkCenter, click My Account.
- Click Change Question / Answer.
- Enter your current password.
- Select a secret question from the list or select "Create your own question" and enter your secret question in the text box below the list.
- Enter your answer to the secret question.
- Click Save.
The My Account window appears.
The Change Secret Question window appears.
Your new secret question is set and you will use it the next time you click "Forgot my password" on the login screen.

- In the top right corner of the WorkCenter, click My Account.
- Click Change Journal Preference.
- Enter your current password.
- Select Private or Public.
- Click Save.
The My Account window appears.
The Change Journal Preference window appears.
Your new preference is set and your new journal entries will be private. You can still mark them as Public when creating a new journal entry.
