Enter contact information

1. In the Owner–Primary Contact section, type the name of the contact for this in the appropriate fields.

   Tip: Use the Import Contact feature to automatically import contact information from you existing address book.

2. If you are entering contact information for a company, select the Company check box. In the Company Name field, type the company name.
3. In the Party Type section, select the contact type: Owner, Insured, or Claimant.
   
4. In the Contact Methods section, type the contact Email address, Phone number and Extension (if applicable). If you need to add another phone number, click + Phone.
   

Note: All valid phone numbers appear on the estimate printout in the standard (xxx) xxx-xxxx format.


5. In the Address section, select the country of the contact and complete the address fields: Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Providence, Zip Code, Postal Code
6. Click +Contact to enter information for another contact.
   

   Note: If contact information is entered for the insured, claimant, and owner on a job, the insured contact information will not appear on the estimate printout due to compliance with privacy laws. The insured name will still appear in the insured field on the printout without the contact information.
   

7. When you are finished adding information, click Save & Next .

   

Use the Copy Contact Information feature to copy contact information for jobs with multiple contacts. You can copy contact information from the same contact type or different contact types, including:

• Owner

• Insured

• Claimant

1. On the Job Overview page, click the Contact card.

2. On the Contact page, click + Contact.

3. Review the contact you want to copy and verify what Party Type the contact is labeled.

   

4. Scroll down to the new contact and select a Party Type:

   Note: A job can only have one contact assigned to each Party Type.

5. Do one of the following based on the contact type of the contact you want to copy:

• Click Copy from Owner.

• Click Copy from Insured.

• Click Copy from Claimant.

  

6. Click Save.
