Import System Profiles from UltraMate to Create Estimate Profiles

Complete these steps if you created specific Mitchell Estimating System Profile files to use as Estimate Profiles in Mitchell Connect.

1. Log into Mitchell Estimating.
2. Click System Info then select System Profiles... in the list.

   

3. The System Profiles window opens. Create new or select existing System Profiles from the list. Once your selections are made, click Export.

   

4. Navigate to the location where you will save the System Profiles file and click Save.

   

5. You will see the 'System Profiles exported successfully' message when the export is complete. Click OK to close the window.
6. Review the Estimate Profile Import/Export Log to verify the export was successful. Click Close to exit.
7. Click Close again to exit the System Profiles window.

1. On the navigation pane in Mitchell Connect, click Settings.
2. Click Estimate Profile on the Estimating card. The estimate profiles you saved are visible in the Estimate Profiles page.
   
3. Click Import to import the System Profiles saved in UltraMate.

   

4. The How to Export Estimate Profile from Ultramate window opens. Read the steps to export System Profiles from Ultramate and click Import Estimate Profile.

   

5. Navigate to the location where you saved the Mitchell Estimating System Profile files and double-click the file.

   

6. When you see the Upload Complete window, click Done to exit.

   

The System Profiles from Mitchell Estimating has been successfully uploaded to Mitchell Connect and are now visible on the Estimate Profiles page as an Estimate Profile.
